Products Description

Aluminum scrap shredders (including automobile wheel hub/engine special models) are core equipment in the field of scrap metal recycling. They are mainly used to pre-process large pieces of aluminum scrap materials into uniform pieces for subsequent sorting and smelting.

The scrap aluminum shredder generates shear force through the counter-rotation of high-strength alloy blade shafts, and shreds scrap aluminum such as automobile wheels and engine housings into 50-100mm block materials. The shredded aluminum blocks need to be used with eddy current separators, magnetic separators and other equipment to improve purity (remove impurities such as plastics and rubber).
