Waste baler is an environmentally friendly equipment specially used

(pressure is usually 20-200 tons) to forcefully compress loose
waste paper into high-density blocks, and automatically completes

significantly reducing transportation and storage costs.

3. Multiple safety protection devices are designed, such as safety
doors, light curtain sensors, emergency stop buttons, etc. When the
safety door is opened or the light curtain is blocked, the
equipment will automatically stop running to avoid accidental
injuries to the operator. At the same time, the hydraulic system
itself also has an overload protection function to prevent damage
to the equipment due to excessive pressure.
4. The structure of the hydraulic system is relatively simple,
mainly composed of a few parts such as oil pumps, oil cylinders,
valves, etc. These parts have high reliability and long service
life. In addition, hydraulic oil has good lubrication and cooling
effects, which can reduce wear between parts and reduce maintenance
costs.
