Encoder stroke self-detection technology can automatically adjust the opening height of the shear slide according to the actual height of the press head during work, reducing the idle stroke of the shear cylinder, making the hydraulic system energy-saving and time-saving. Wear-resistant design of key parts of the guide rail
The friction pair of the shear slide rail is composed of high-strength and high-wear-resistant copper alloy plate and quenched alloy wear-resistant steel plate, which meets the requirements of harsh equipment use environment, large equipment load and large friction. The shear slide rail adopts automatic lubrication to prevent dry friction from damaging the rail. The equipment is equipped with a lubrication and oil-cut automatic shutdown function.
