Scrap aluminum shredder is a heavy-duty mechanical equipment
specially used for processing scrap aluminum materials. It mainly
uses mechanical shear force to break large-sized scrap aluminum
(such as automobile wheels, engine housings, etc.) into uniform
fragments, which is convenient for subsequent sorting and smelting
and recycling.
The automobile wheel engine shredder is a heavy-duty crushing
equipment specially used for processing scrapped automobile
aluminum alloy wheels and engine housings. It pre-processes
large-volume metal waste into recyclable fragments through
mechanical shearing force. The scrap aluminum shredder uses
staggered Cr-Mo alloy cutters to achieve high torque (≥15000N·m)
shearing force, which can easily decompose the wheel hub with steel
rings. The hydraulic pusher of the scrap aluminum shredder ensures
continuous feeding, and the processing efficiency reaches 3-5
tons/hour.
