Tire recycling process:
1. Pretreatment and crushing ‌
Remove the steel wire at the tire bead through a ring cutting machine or a wire drawing machine, and then use a strong tearing machine or a double-shaft crusher to crush the tire into 1-20mm particles.
During the crushing process, the knife roller and the fixed knife cooperate to generate shear force to decompose the bonding structure of rubber and steel wire.
2. Component separation
Wire extraction: Magnetic separation technology is used to separate the steel wire from the crushed particles, with a recovery rate of up to 99%, which can be directly used in metallurgy or building materials production.
Fiber removal: Fiber impurities in rubber particles are removed by air flow sorting or vibrating screen to improve the purity of rubber powder.
Rubber refining: The separated rubber particles are desulfurized, ground and processed to make recycled rubber or waterproof material raw materials.
