The new generation of dual-axis waste shredders are equipped with an AI control system that can automatically identify the type of material: when processing wooden pallets, it is adjusted to 25rpm, and when crushing waste tires, it is increased to 35rpm. The knife temperature and load are monitored in real time during the work process, and the machine automatically reverses to troubleshoot when abnormalities occur. The biggest advantage is energy saving - the energy consumption for processing 1 ton of plastic is only 11kWh, which is 35% less than traditional equipment. The mobile phone APP can also remotely view the processing volume statistics. The double shaft shredder have been designed for a wide array of applications and industries, suitable for shredding solid material such as E-waste, metal, wood, plastic, scrap tires, packaging barrel, pallets, etc. Depending on input material and the following process the shredded material can be used directly or go into the next step of size reduction.

The material enters the shredding box by the feeding system. The chamber carries a shredding blade. The material is shredded into small pieces by a combination of tearing, squeezing, and shearing. Double shaft shredder blade thickness is divided into 15mm, 20mm, 40mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm. The blade thickness can be selected according to the final product size.
